ABOUT THE ROLE

The Creative Lead plays a pivotal role in our company as a key member of the client services team, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, and driving client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

 

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Take the main creative lead in building digital strategies for ourselves and our clients. Spearheaded and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
  • Creating strong and long-term client relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Oversee daily operations of the work of the creative copywriter.
  • Lead, inspire, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all digital marketing collateral, web and sometimes print. Quality assures all content before publishing to ensure on-brand voice and visuals.
  • Evaluate the account’s performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
  • Manage relationships with clients and partners.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day communications with the client through meetings, email, and phone.
  • Guide a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.
  • Communicate suggested strategies with our clients and ensure our deliverables are on-brand and well-conveyed.
  • Identifying the clients’ need for other services and up- or cross-selling relevant services and channels.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
  • Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
  • Regular top-level weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and presenting of campaign and activity performance across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, Display, etc.)
  • Create and ensure proper photo-shooting/video-shooting briefs and implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients to make sure there’s a strong link between the business objectives, the marketing objectives, and the results of the marketing activities.
  • Analyze platform data on a frequent basis, conclude, and use the conclusions in upcoming digital tactics and strategies.
  • Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
  • Create, run, and analyze the performance of Meta and Tik/Tok ads.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of related experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in Account Management & Social Media Management or relevant role.
  • Understanding of business functions such as Digital Marketing, Business Development, Analytics, etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Strong passion for Digital marketing in general and social media marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral language skills (Greek and English).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business.
  • Prior experience with design, photography/videography, or offline and print.
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction.
